Hedwig Neels works as pelvic floor expert in her private clinic, for several professional cycling teams and in the Antwerp University Hospital, as professor at the University of Antwerp and as postgraduate teacher to Women's & Pelvic Health Professionals.

She is author of the Pelvic floor book (Dutch language; Everything you as a woman want to know about your pelvic floor). And wrote several chapters of the Velo Vrouwen book, about women's health and saddle complaints.

She carries out her mission to break the taboo about pelvic floor problems as founder of The Pelvic Floor a digital information platform with popular Selfcheck. And now also with her screening & coaching practice and keynotes! She succesfully coaches athletes with a specific expertise in saddle soreness and pelvic health in female and male cyclists.
