SonoSkills was founded in 2010 by Marc Schmitz. After his anatomy study he was interested in observing anatomy in-vivo and searched for medical imaging modalities who could do this. Marc became intrigued by ultrasound and started to focus on the musculoskeletal domain. After many years of training and scanning in practice he was asked to organize one course for a group of primary healthcare professionals, this was in 2010, from there the course and reach grew to a global player in MSK ultrasound courses.
